MR SUNDARALINGAM THAMBIPILLAI (RETIRED SCIENCE TEACHER OF ST ANTONY'S COLLEGE, KAYTS)

The members and the executive committee of SACKAAEU are saddened by the sudden demise of their favourite teacher Mr Sundaralingam.

Mr Sundaralingam was born in Valanthalai, Karainagar and lived in Vaddukottai has passed away suddenly on the 8th November 2008 in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka.

He was the loving husband of Thanaluxmi, beloved son of late Thambipillai - Deivanapillai, beloved son-in-law of late Kathiravelpillai - Mankayarkarashi, loving father of Dhanaranjan and Sundaravathani, loving father-in-law of Nanthini and Sivarajan, grandfather of Dhaboshahari and Renushahari, beloved brother of late Mrs Sivakalai Kanagaratnam, late Mrs Maheswari Somasundaram, late Mrs Parasakthi Nachiketha, late Mrs Pathmavathy Thambipillai, late Mr Mahendran, Mrs Gnanakalai Balakrishnan, Mr Rajendra, Mrs Rajamalar Thiyagarajah, Utharai Devarajah, Sukirthamalar Senthilnathan and loving brother-in-law of Mrs Chandrakantha Rajendra, Mrs Vallinayaki Nagalingam, Mr Vivekandarajah, Mr Rajakulendran, Mr Ganesh and Mr Arunagiri.

His funeral will take place in Trincomalee cremation grounds on Tuesday the 11th November 2008 at 3pm.

Beloved husband of the late Mrs Catherine Isabel CROSS , loving father of Isabel, Arthur, Marian, David and Kenneth, father-in-law of Paul, Sheila, Ariyaratnam, Laura and Sarah-Jane, grandfather of Fiona, Matthew, Rachel, Ewan, Myra, Reuben, Katrina, Mairi, Iain, Aidan, Seumas, Hannah, Emily and Natasha, great-grandfather of Samuel and Libby, passed away peacefully on the 30th October 2008.

The funeral will take place at St Michael’s Church, The Square Bailiffgate, Alnwick, NE66 1LZ, Northumberland on the 6th November 2008 at 2:00pm.
