Chevalier Dr. S.A. Adaikalamuthu passed away
Chevalier Dr. S.A. Adaikalamuthu (Amuthu Pulavar), PhD (University of Jaffna) a highly accomplished Tamil poet, writer and educationist, a former teacher and Principal passed away peacefully at Northwick Park Hospital in London, England on Tuesday morning February 23, 2010. He is the son of the Late Sethupillai Saverimuthu and Getrudamma, beloved husband of the Late Theresa Adaikalamuthu and the affectionate brother of the Late Sinnapunayagam, Gnanapoo Ramanathan and Alexis Sebaratnam and the ever loving father of Bhanumathy Keerthisingam, Inthumathy Samsonroy, Kanthimathy, Sebastian Nehru, Rev. Dr. Joseph Chandrakanthan, Jeyamathy Selvarajah, Dr. Vasanthakumar, Ilanchelian, Rubia Joachimpillai and Amutharasan and most loving grand father of Beulin, Marylin, Tyrone, Jonathan, Bindu, Rajkanthan, Caroline, Prasha, Rajiv, Ryan, Mark, Rick, Georgina, Winston, Jessica, Zeta, Shelica, Clinton, Shaun, Edith, Cynthia, Emlyn, Shibon and Tresha and the great grand father of Sophie, Isabella and Joani.
Viewing and Visiting hours: From March 1st to the 4th from 10:00am to 6:00pm, his remains will be in the Parlour of Cooperative Funeral Care, 942 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 0RL
Vigil and Viewing in the Church: Friday March 5, from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, his remains will be Lying in state at the Church of Our Lady of the Visitation, 358 Greenford Road, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 9AN.
Concelebration of the Solemn Funeral Liturgy:
On Saturday March 6th at 09:30am at the Church of Our Lady of the Visitation, 358 Greenford Road, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 9AN.
Final Commendation and burial will take place at Greenford Park Cemetery at Windmill Lane at 12:15pm.
A public reception will be held at 1:30pm in Greenford Town Hall at Ruislip Road, Greenford, Middlesex, UB7 9QN.

MR SUNDARALINGAM THAMBIPILLAI (RETIRED SCIENCE TEACHER OF ST ANTONY'S COLLEGE, KAYTS)
The members and the executive committee of SACKAAEU are saddened by the sudden demise of their favourite teacher Mr Sundaralingam.
Mr Sundaralingam was born in Valanthalai, Karainagar and lived in Vaddukottai has passed away suddenly on the 8th November 2008 in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka.
He was the loving husband of Thanaluxmi, beloved son of late Thambipillai - Deivanapillai, beloved son-in-law of late Kathiravelpillai - Mankayarkarashi, loving father of Dhanaranjan and Sundaravathani, loving father-in-law of Nanthini and Sivarajan, grandfather of Dhaboshahari and Renushahari, beloved brother of late Mrs Sivakalai Kanagaratnam, late Mrs Maheswari Somasundaram, late Mrs Parasakthi Nachiketha, late Mrs Pathmavathy Thambipillai, late Mr Mahendran, Mrs Gnanakalai Balakrishnan, Mr Rajendra, Mrs Rajamalar Thiyagarajah, Utharai Devarajah, Sukirthamalar Senthilnathan and loving brother-in-law of Mrs Chandrakantha Rajendra, Mrs Vallinayaki Nagalingam, Mr Vivekandarajah, Mr Rajakulendran, Mr Ganesh and Mr Arunagiri.
His funeral will take place in Trincomalee cremation grounds on Tuesday the 11th November 2008 at 3pm.
